The Hidden Hand

I do not know how many of you are acquainted with Lamplighter Publishing but they have a vast collection of timeless beautiful christ-honoring books that were written in the centuries past.

One of my favorite books from Lamplighter is titled: The Hidden Hand by E.D.E.N Southworth.

Now, instead of giving you a book review, and spoiling the delightful suspense of the tale, I will simply "wet your appetite" so that you will read it yourself, and enjoy it as much as I did!

The Hidden Hand is a mystery, a mystery of a little orphan girl who never knew her mother or father. Who grows up under the care of a gruff old man who learns to love her for herself, and not just to revenge himself on a person so evil that many lives have been nearly ruined. This tale of love, devotion and mystery will enthrall you. The unbelievable humor, excitement and the true love and mercy of Christ will glue you to the pages.
