Our nearest neighbor/great friend came over to spend an all girl day while my mom took her monthly trip into town. We enjoyed it so much and did everything from canning gorgeous tomatoes to splashing in the creek. (It was quite HOT outside!) Fresh baked cookies were made, and it was a pleasant day full of fun, SUN and fellowship. To top it all off, she brought over some beautiful flowers that she had grown in her garden, and they graced the kitchen countertop where I gazed upon them all day long...I just had to take some pictures! :-)
